From November 1 - April 30, 2007:
- Cancellations made less then 35 – 30 days to arrival – 25% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less then 30 – 25 days to arrival – 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less then 25 – 20 days to arrival – 75% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less then 20 days to arrival – 100% of the total invoice amount.
From May 1 - October 31
- Cancellations made less then 25 – 23 days to arrival – 15% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less then 23 – 18 days to arrival – 50% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less then 18 – 10 days to arrival – 75% of the total stay
- Cancellations made less then 10 days to arrival – 100% of the total invoice amount.
Minimum length of stay for bookings made during the peak period (December 24 - January 10) should be 7 consecutive nights.
